Summary

Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to customers on the sales floor. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and deliver demonstrations to showcase benefits and application techniques. Ensure an exceptional customer experience while supporting sales goals and maintaining a professional counter appearance.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and conduct one-on-one beauty consultations to identify needs and recommend products
• Demonstrate product application and offer samples or trial services when appropriate
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team performance
• Maintain merchandise presentation, restock inventory, and ensure product displays are tidy
• Process sales transactions, handle returns, and follow store policies

Requirements

• Previous retail or beauty sales experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills with a professional demeanor
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Basic knowledge of cosmetic products and makeup application is a plus
