Customer-facing role providing personalized skincare and makeup consultations to a luxury clientele. Drive sales through expert product knowledge, demonstrations, and makeup application while building long-term client relationships. Responsibilities

• Greet customers and conduct individualized beauty consultations to recommend products and services.
• Perform product demonstrations and makeup applications to showcase brand offerings.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
• Maintain merchandising, stock levels, and visual presentation of the brand counter.
• Document client preferences and service history to build repeat business.

Requirements

• Previous cosmetics, beauty retail, or makeup artistry experience preferred.
• Strong sales skills with a focus on clienteling and relationship-building.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service abilities.
• Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform routine merchandising and stock tasks.
