Summary

Provide personalized skincare and makeup consultations as a part-time Cosmetics Beauty Advisor representing Lancôme within Bloomingdale's in Norwalk. Deliver excellent customer service to drive sales, build client relationships, and promote product loyalty. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and a polished merchandising area on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one consultations, product demonstrations, and makeup applications to customers.
• Achieve individual and brand sales goals through consultative selling and clienteling.
• Maintain product knowledge by participating in brand training and coaching.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards, inventory replenishment, and sample sanitation on the sales floor.
• Process transactions and manage client records and follow-up to grow repeat business.

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail or beauty sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for skincare and makeup with the ability to learn and demonstrate product benefits.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
