Summary

Provide personalized skincare and makeup consultations for prestige beauty brands in a high-end department store setting. Deliver exceptional customer service on the sales floor, assist clients with product selection and sampling, and drive brand sales through expert recommendations. Support merchandising and inventory activities and work collaboratively with store and brand teams to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide tailored product consultations and demonstrations.
• Promote and sell prestige beauty products to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Maintain merchandising standards, stock samples, and ensure product presentation.
• Process transactions at point of sale and handle returns or exchanges per store policy.
• Participate in team meetings, brand promotions, and training sessions.

Requirements

• Previous retail or beauty sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math and cash handling skills; comfortable using POS systems.
