Summary

Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to clients in a high-end department store setting. Drive sales of skincare and cosmetics through demonstrations, product knowledge, and exceptional customer service. Maintain brand presentation standards and contribute to store merchandising and promotional activities.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers on the sales floor to assess needs and recommend appropriate beauty products and routines.
• Perform product demonstrations, applications, and sampling to educate customers and drive purchases.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals and support promotional events and launches.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, restock displays, and ensure product availability.
• Process sales transactions, handle returns or exchanges, and follow store policies for cash handling and inventory.

Requirements

• Strong customer service and sales skills with a professional, polished demeanor.
• Experience in beauty, cosmetics, or skincare retail preferred.
• Knowledge of makeup and skincare products and ability to demonstrate application techniques.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.
