Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital selling using selling tools, including text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow Nordstrom Rewards program accounts
• Provide honest and confident feedback to customers about style and fit
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, perform price markdowns, and perform light cleaning
• Seek product and fashion knowledge to build expertise and drive sales
• Collaborate with the team and be flexible to assist in other departments as needed
• Work a flexible schedule based on business needs

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with a strong interest in using networking and technology to achieve sales goals
• Ability to excel in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Organized with strong follow-through and the ability to work a flexible schedule
• Physical ability for continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, including bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and lifting up to 25 pounds
• Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling
