Retail Sales - Men's Apparel - Westfarms

Summary

Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales for men's apparel through in-person and digital interactions, using styling expertise to build lasting customer relationships. Support department readiness by assisting with merchandising, order fulfillment, and visual presentation while working collaboratively with the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling using text and social media tools
• Build and maintain customer relationships and deliver personalized styling advice
• Process and fill customer orders and assist with returns and exchanges
• Stock merchandise, re-merchandise displays, complete price markdowns, and perform light cleaning
• Enroll customers in the rewards program and grow a customer following
• Work a flexible schedule and occasionally support other departments as needed

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mentality
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable using technology and networking to drive sales
• Ability to work effectively in a team and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Ability to perform continuous movement for 6-8 hours and frequent bending, reaching, and lifting
• Ability to regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
