Summary

The Retail Salesperson for Accessories delivers exceptional customer service and styling guidance both in-store and through digital channels. This role focuses on cultivating and growing a customer following, meeting sales goals, and maintaining a polished, customer-ready department. The position requires flexible scheduling and collaboration with the store team to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital selling using selling tools such as text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and provide honest styling and fit advice
• Assist with filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning to keep the department customer-ready
• Grow customer engagement and open new loyalty program accounts
• Work collaboratively with the team and occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable using networking and technology to drive sales
• Ability to work effectively in a team and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability to meet varying business needs and schedules
• Physical ability to be active for 6-8 hours per shift, including bending, reaching, and frequent use of hands
• Ability to regularly lift items up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
