Cosmetics Beauty Advisor - Roosevelt Field

Summary

Provide personalized skincare and makeup consultations to customers at the Roosevelt Field location. Deliver product demonstrations and recommendations to drive sales and build lasting client relationships. Support the sales floor with merchandising, inventory tasks, and maintaining a professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and conduct one-on-one consultations to assess skincare and makeup needs.
• Demonstrate product benefits and application techniques, including sampling and mini-services.
• Recommend and sell products to meet individual client needs and store sales goals.
• Maintain product displays, restock inventory, and ensure accurate pricing and signage.
• Build and maintain client records and follow up to support repeat business.
• Process transactions, returns, and exchanges in accordance with store policies.

Requirements

• Passion for skincare and cosmetics with strong product knowledge or willingness to learn.
• Previous retail or beauty sales experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with a client-focused approach.
• Availability to work part-time hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs when stocking merchandise.
