Summary

Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations on the retail floor at Tysons Corner for a luxury cosmetics brand. Deliver exceptional customer service to build lasting client relationships, educate guests on product benefits, and drive sales. Work as part of the store team to maintain visual standards and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Offer one-on-one consultations, product demonstrations, and makeup application to customers.
• Meet individual and team sales targets and contribute to store conversion goals.
• Maintain merchandising, stock levels, and visual presentation of the cosmetics area.
• Develop and maintain a client book, follow up with clients, and support loyalty initiatives.
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle returns/exchanges per store policy.

Requirements

• Previous experience in beauty or luxury retail, with strong retail sales aptitude preferred.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfort standing for extended periods and performing light stock and merchandising tasks.
