Summary

Provide personalized beauty consultations and product expertise to customers on the sales floor at a mall location. Deliver makeup demonstrations and tailored recommendations to drive sales and build client relationships. This part-time role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and peak shopping periods.

Responsibilities

• Offer one-on-one consultations and product recommendations tailored to customer needs
• Perform makeup demonstrations, mini makeovers, and product applications
• Meet individual and store sales goals while promoting loyalty programs and add-on sales
• Maintain visual merchandising, displays, and inventory levels on the sales floor
• Operate point-of-sale, process transactions, and assist with returns and exchanges
• Keep work area clean and follow sanitation and hygiene protocols

Requirements

• Previous retail or cosmetics sales experience preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform hands-on demonstrations
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Basic cash handling and point-of-sale experience is a plus
