Summary

Responsible for leading daily operations of a luxury cosmetics counter, driving sales performance and delivering exceptional client service. Oversees a small team of beauty advisors and ensures visual standards, inventory control, and clienteling practices are maintained. Acts as the primary point of contact for store leadership and brand representatives to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach counter staff to meet individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
• Ensure merchandising and visual presentation meet brand and store standards.
• Oversee stockroom organization, inventory accuracy, and product replenishment.
• Build and maintain client relationships through personalized service and clienteling activities.
• Coordinate with store management and brand partners on promotions, events, and training.

Requirements

• Proven retail management experience, preferably in beauty or cosmetics.
• Strong sales orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with inventory processes, POS systems, and visual merchandising.
