Cosmetics Counter Manager

Summary

Manage daily operations of a cosmetics counter within a department store, driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Coach and develop counter staff, maintain merchandising standards, and ensure efficient inventory and administrative processes. Act as the primary point of contact for customers and brand representatives at the counter.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of beauty advisors to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Oversee merchandising, product presentation, and inventory control at the counter.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, including product consultations and demonstrations.
• Coordinate with store management and brand partners to execute promotions and events.

Requirements

• 4+ years of retail or beauty management experience, preferably in cosmetics counters or department stores.
• Proven sales leadership and coaching skills with a track record of meeting sales goals.
• Strong product knowledge, visual merchandising sense, and attention to detail.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays; strong communication and organizational skills.
