Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes, including receiving, transfers, and shrink minimization.
• Schedule and monitor associate performance, ensure compliance with policies, and coordinate with store leadership on daily operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of retail management experience, preferably in jewelry, accessories, or luxury goods.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals and developing high-performing sales teams.
• Strong product knowledge of fine jewelry and handbags, with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
