Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and develop counter associates to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and loss-prevention practices for the counter.
• Prepare staff schedules, oversee daily operations, and coordinate with store leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of retail management experience, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, or luxury retail.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team to meet targets.
• Strong knowledge of hair care products and services and excellent clienteling skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays; high school diploma or equivalent.
