Summary

Lead the sales floor for assigned departments, driving sales performance and delivering exceptional customer service. Oversee daily operations, team performance, and visual presentation to meet business objectives. Serve as the primary resource for associates and provide leadership on merchandising and product initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coach, develop, and manage sales associates to meet individual and store sales targets.
• Drive a customer-first culture by ensuring high standards of service and product knowledge.
• Manage merchandising, floor sets, and inventory flow for assigned categories.
• Monitor sales metrics, execute sales strategies, and report on performance.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, and day-to-day operational needs of the sales floor.

Requirements

• 4+ years of retail experience with demonstrated leadership in sales or store operations.
• Proven ability to coach teams, influence results, and meet sales targets.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Availability to work retail hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
