Requirements

• 4+ years of retail or beauty managerial experience.
• Proven leadership and coaching skills with a focus on driving sales performance.
• Strong product knowledge of cosmetics and ability to conduct makeup consultations.
• Flexible availability to work retail hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
