Summary

Manage daily operations of a cosmetics counter in a high-traffic Soho location, driving sales and delivering elevated customer service. Responsibilities

• Lead and coach counter staff to meet individual and team sales goals
• Develop client relationships through personalized consultations and follow up
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock replenishment

• Process sales transactions and handle cash reconciliation

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years retail or beauty management experience
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets in a cosmetics environment
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
