Cosmetics Counter Manager - Soho

Summary

Manage day-to-day operations of a cosmetics counter in a high-traffic Soho location, driving sales and ensuring exceptional customer experience. Lead a small team to meet performance targets while maintaining brand standards and visual merchandising. Serve as primary point of contact between store leadership and brand corporate representatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate counter team to achieve sales goals and KPIs
• Deliver outstanding customer service and personalized beauty consultations
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate product replenishment
• Oversee merchandising standards and maintain visual presentation
• Train and onboard new counter staff on product knowledge and procedures
• Handle daily cash reconciliation and sales reporting
• Build client relationships and drive loyalty and repeat business

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of retail or cosmetics management experience
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Proven sales performance and customer service focus
• Knowledge of beauty products and skincare preferred
• Ability to work weekends and peak retail hours
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
