Counter Manager - Scarborough

Summary

As Counter Manager you will deliver a luxury one-to-one client experience at the in-store beauty counter, driving sales and customer loyalty through personalized consultations. You will be responsible for achieving sales goals for the Fragrance & Beauty account and expanding the customer base. This permanent, full-time role emphasizes superior client service, effective communication, and strong in-store business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service and personalized consultations to build repeat business and loyalty
• Drive and maximize sales volume for Fragrance & Beauty, meeting planned sales targets
• Develop and grow the customer base through proactive selling and follow-up
• Build strong in-store relationships with customers and store partners through effective communication
• Coordinate with the Territory Manager to align on goals and performance

Requirements

• Proven selling skills and experience in beauty or luxury retail settings
• Strong client service orientation with ability to conduct consultations and foster loyalty
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and growing business
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Availability for the contracted schedule (30 hours per week)
