Counter Manager - The Well

Summary

The Counter Manager will create a unique one-to-one client experience at the Chanel counter located in Shoppers Drug Mart at The Well in Toronto. You will drive sales and deliver superior client service to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty. This permanent full-time role (30 hours/week) reports to the Territory Manager.

Responsibilities

• Create a personal client experience and extend exceptional client care through consultations.
• Generate maximum sales volume and achieve annual sales goals for the Fragrance & Beauty account.
• Use consultative selling skills to identify and relate to customer needs.
• Increase the customer base and build long-term business.
• Build strong in-store business relationships through effective communication.

Requirements

• Experience in luxury beauty or fragrance retail and client consultations.
• Proven selling, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and execute sales plans.
• Professional demeanor demonstrating interest, courtesy, and sincerity.
