Customer Advisor

As a Customer Advisor at Zegna in Manhasset, you will transform customer store visits into memorable luxury shopping experiences. Acting as a Brand Ambassador, you will engage customers in discovering Zegna's heritage, creating an atmosphere of passion and enthusiasm for the collections. You will build lasting relationships with customers, beginning with a quality welcome and providing the highest level of service.

• Provide memorable luxury in-store customer service by following the Zegna Selling Flow.
• Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset to develop the business and attract new customers.
• Consult with customers to discover their needs and exceed expectations.
• Create opportunities for customers to experience multiple Zegna brands and products.
• Promote Zegna Made-to-Measure service and utilize technology for an integrated luxury experience.
• Resolve customer issues with empathy, adhering to Zegna customer service policies.
• Drive and perform onsite audits of store inventories.
• Communicate customer and store information within the team to meet business needs.
• Support new staff orientation as a learning coach if assigned.

• Passionate and open-minded with the ability to self-learn and develop.
• Proficient with digital technology and familiar with Apple products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
