Customer Service Representative - Heartland Town Centre

Summary

The Customer Service Representative provides exceptional client service at the store service desk and cash desk, handling transactions and supporting in-store and e-commerce operations. This part-time permanent role is based at Heartland Town Centre in Mississauga and reports to the Customer Service Lead. The role supports client pickups, inter-store transfers, and maintains client information and loyalty files.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to clients and store associates at the cash desk
• Perform daily cash handling including opening/closing registers and processing sales transactions
• Bag and tissue purchased products and answer store phones
• Maintain the service desk and update client information files, including loyalty program membership
• Assist with inter-store transfers, e-commerce requests, shipments, and in-store pickup for online purchases

Requirements

• Minimum 2 yearsexperience in a client-facing service desk role preferred
• Strong service orientation with a desire to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Detail oriented with demonstrated interest in retail technology
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage multiple tasks
• Strong multitasking and communication skills, able to calmly assist customers during busy periods
