The Customer Service Representative provides front-line support at the store service and cash desk, delivering exceptional service to clients and associates. This part-time permanent role at Vaughan Mills handles transactions, client records, and supports e-commerce order processing and inter-store transfers. The position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple customers efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to clients and associates at the cash and service desk
• Perform daily cash handling including opening and closing registers and processing sales transactions
• Bag and tissue purchased products and manage point-of-sale operations
• Answer store phones and maintain the service desk area
• Update and maintain client information files, including loyalty program membership
• Assist with inter-store transfers, e-commerce requests, shipments, and in-store pickup orders

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a client-facing service desk or customer service role preferred
• Strong service orientation with a desire to exceed customer expectations
• Detail-oriented with demonstrated interest in retail technology and systems
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage multiple priorities
• Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to calmly assist a line of waiting customers
• Excellent verbal communication skills
