Summary
Responsible for collecting, analyzing and presenting customer and digital experience data to drive insights and recommendations. Partner with stakeholders to define measurement frameworks, deliver analytical products such as analyses and dashboards, and communicate findings to influence decisions up to the executive level. Contribute technical skills in SQL and scripting languages to extract and manipulate large data sets and apply statistical methods to solve business problems.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to define success criteria and measurement frameworks
- Analyze complex business problems and deliver insights through hypothesis testing
- Produce analyses, dashboards, and recommendations to inform decision making
- Present results to stakeholders and guide analytics adoption
- Define and implement new metrics and measurement approaches
- Translate data into compelling storytelling for mixed technical audiences
- Mentor junior team members on analytics and communication best practices
- Collaborate across teams to apply learnings to campaigns channels and products
- Use advanced analytical and statistical practices to generate actionable insights
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years professional experience analyzing data and making recommendations
- At least 2 years experience extracting and manipulating large data sets using SQL
- Proficiency in a statistical or programming language such as R or Python
- Experience with statistical or machine learning algorithms for business questions
- Strong skills with visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker
- Clear written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage ambiguous projects independently and prioritize tasks
- Strong problem solving and stakeholder management abilities
