Summary
The Data Analyst 2 will support the Inventory Audit organization by owning data intake and integrity, delivering advanced analytics and reporting, and creating data driven narratives to inform strategic decisions and optimize program performance. This role collaborates with cross functional partners to improve processes, modernize reporting, and ensure accuracy across systems.
Responsibilities
- Own intake management and integrity of data used by the Inventory Audit Programs team.
- Champion data needs with data and business partners across the company.
- Create compelling narratives and insights to identify trends and drive improvement.
- Manage process flow and accuracy of data from supported systems.
- Support data design requirements and delivery for programs and initiatives.
- Assist business analysts in developing accurate reporting and analysis.
- Identify and develop new measures and KPIs to support program changes.
- Support modernization of reporting and data visualization programs.
- Provide support during program testing and user acceptance testing phases.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science Analytics Statistics Computer Science or related quantitative field.
- 3 years of relevant experience in data management analysis and reporting.
- 3+ years proficiency in SQL with experience writing performant maintainable queries.
- Advanced experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong statistical expertise including hypothesis testing and correlation analysis.
- Experience integrating and synthesizing data from multiple sources and data wrangling techniques.
- Hands on experience with cloud based data platforms such as AWS or GCP and scalable solutions.
- Experience developing ETL pipelines workflow orchestration and data quality assurance.
- Advanced programming experience in Python or R and familiarity with version control and code review.
