Summary
The Data Analyst 3 on the Insights Delivery - Digital team collects, analyzes and presents data to improve decision making for the customer digital experience. This role partners with stakeholders to define success, delivers analytical products including analyses and dashboards, and communicates insights to guide decisions up to the executive level. The position requires strong technical skills, curiosity, and the ability to mentor junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to define success and develop measurement frameworks
- Dive into complex business problems and provide insights through hypothesis testing
- Deliver analyses, dashboards, insights, and recommendations
- Present results to stakeholders including executives and guide decision making
- Define and implement new metrics
- Use data to develop strategies and improve performance
- Collaborate across teams to apply learnings to other channels and products
- Mentor junior team members on analytics storytelling and communication
- Bring data to life through clear storytelling for mixed technical audiences
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
- 5+ years professional experience analyzing data and making recommendations
- 5+ years extracting and manipulating large data sets using SQL (BigQuery preferred)
- Strong coding skills in R or Python for data import summarization and analysis
- Experience with statistical and machine learning algorithms such as regression classification or clustering
- Proficiency with visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker
- Clear written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage ambiguous projects independently and prioritize tasks
- Strong problem solving and ability to articulate trade offs to leadership
