Summary
Senior Data Analyst responsible for designing and maintaining supply chain data pipelines and integrations to ensure data integrity and support decision making. The role involves data mapping, system analysis, reporting, and mentoring within a supply chain intelligence team in a hybrid work model. The analyst will collaborate with cross functional teams to optimize data flows and track performance through KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and map supply chain data flows across processes to build scalable data pipelines
- Develop and maintain reports to track data flow performance and identify improvements
- Monitor troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline and integration issues
- Partner with business product and tech teams to define data requirements and drive interoperability
- Develop and track KPIs to measure inbound integration effectiveness
- Implement controls and reporting to support supply chain operations and visibility
- Use coding and querying tools such as Python and SQL to integrate and validate data
- Lead and mentor other analytics team members
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science information systems data science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis system integration and process optimization
- Experience with ETL data management and pipeline development tools such as Airflow or Dataflow
- Strong coding skills in Python or R and 3+ years using SQL with relational databases
- Proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau Looker or Cognos
- Knowledge of supply chain operations and data migration experience preferred
- Excellent problem solving communication and collaboration skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
