Summary

Lead the Donna womens business at the Westfield boutique, supporting the Store Director and Assistant Store Manager in daily operations, team management, and achieving sales targets. Foster a positive culture, deliver exceptional client experiences, and drive commercial performance in a luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach the sales team to achieve KPIs and sales targets
• Lead by example on the sales floor and participate in clienteling and after sales care
• Support daily boutique operations alongside store leadership
• Develop a positive work culture and motivate team members
• Monitor market and trend developments to inform commercial strategies
• Implement incentive and commission initiatives to drive performance
• Ensure high standards of customer service and client relationship management

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years luxury retail experience
• Minimum 5 years management experience in a similar role
• Proven track record of driving sales results and meeting KPIs
• Strong customer focus and clienteling skills
• Commercial awareness and understanding of contemporary trends
• Demonstrated leadership and team development abilities
