As a Department Manager for Womens Ready To Wear at our Soho location, you will lead a team of client advisors to achieve sales targets and ensure an exceptional client experience. You will support the Store Manager in developing client relationships and building a motivated team, fostering a positive work environment.

• Lead and coach the team to achieve business goals and create a positive work environment.
• Define and review individual and team goals, providing feedback and coaching.
• Identify, recruit, and develop talent in collaboration with the Store Manager.
• Role model sales techniques and support team in developing KPIs.
• Manage customer flow and ensure high levels of client service.
• Focus on driving sales for assigned categories and analyze performance.
• Lead store operations in the absence of senior management.
• Maintain inventory and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.

• 3+ years of experience in a similar environment leading diverse teams.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for fashion, art, and culture.
• Fluent in English.
