Summary
The Designated Beauty Advisor develops deep, long lasting relationships with customers to increase sales, service, and loyalty and is responsible for achieving sales targets for their assigned brand. The role requires delivering exceptional customer service, contributing to brand sales initiatives, and collaborating with store and vendor partners while supporting merchandising and store events.
Responsibilities
- Deliver extraordinary service and exceed personal sales and service goals
- Meet brand sales and service targets
- Build and retain a loyal personal client base through outreach and relationship management
- Share product knowledge with the store selling team and attend educational sessions
- Maintain relationships with buyer, vendor, and selling manager
- Drive brand sales through marketing opportunities, event execution, and assortment recommendations
- Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and sales support tasks
- Communicate regularly with personal clients via phone, mail, and electronic methods
- Resolve customer service issues and partner with selling management as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Minimum two years experience in a commission based sales environment
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets
- Prior retail experience as a product specialist in a luxury environment preferred
- Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Highly collaborative and able to multi task in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision
- Entrepreneurial, competitive, self confident, and self motivated
- Fully bilingual in French and English
