The Designated Selling Associate focuses on one-on-one customer engagement to drive sales for a specific brand and category. Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools including text and social media
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and new customers through appointment based and event selling
- Provide personalized styling advice on fit value and wardrobe building
- Share product knowledge and trends with peers and lead DSA run product meetings
- Perform merchandising tasks including stocking re merchandising displays price markdowns and transfers
- Use sales reporting to inform selling strategy and hit goals
- Grow customer base by opening new rewards program accounts
- Provide product feedback to management to influence assortment
