Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools and reservations
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers through personalized service
- Provide confident styling advice on fit value and wardrobe integration
- Conduct appointment-based selling during events and regular timeframes
- Participate in product knowledge meetings and educate peers on brand trends
- Support merchandising tasks including stocking remerchandising displays and price markdowns
- Provide product feedback to management to inform assortment decisions
- Grow sales by opening new rewards program accounts
- Be flexible to perform duties in other departments when needed
