Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
• Provide styling and fit guidance to customers
• Use text and social media to engage and grow customers
• Complete merchandising tasks including stocking and remerchandising
• Process orders and assist with price markdowns
• Open new customer rewards accounts
• Work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments
