Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital channels using reservations and selling tools.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers through appointment-based and one-on-one selling.
• Educate customers and peers on brand trends, product knowledge, and style; lead DSA product knowledge meetings.
• Support merchandising and store upkeep including stocking, re-merchandising, displays, price markdowns, merchandise transfers, and cleaning.
• Open Nordstrom Rewards accounts and provide product feedback to the district/merchant team.
• Use selling tools including text, social media, and reservations to drive predictable business.
