Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools and reservations
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and open new rewards accounts
- Provide style advice, honest product feedback, and educate customers on fit and value
- Conduct appointment based selling during events and non event periods
- Lead product knowledge meetings and educate peers on brand trends and assortment
- Stock, re merchandise, display, perform price markdowns, transfers, and keep department customer ready
- Provide product feedback to the district manager to inform assortment
- Use sales reporting to prioritize tasks and meet goals
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to cultivate customer relationships
- Ability to excel in a competitive team environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule based on business needs
- Knowledge of fashion, product trends, and ability to educate customers and peers
- Confidence selling across high and low price points and demonstrating item value
- Strong organizational skills to follow up strategically and advise on wardrobe completion
- Comfort using digital selling tools including text and social media
