Provide personalized beauty experiences in a luxury department setting by engaging customers, performing makeup applications and skincare analyses, and driving sales both in-store and digitally. Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products based on customer goals
- Engage customers to build relationships and drive in-store and digital sales
- Book appointments and support beauty events and services
- Use selling tools including text and social media to achieve sales goals
- Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Open new rewards accounts to build customer loyalty
- Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive customer experience
- Maintain department organization, cleanliness and customer readiness
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through training
Requirements
- Passion for beauty, including makeup application and skincare
- Strong customer service and ability to connect with customers
- Empathy and respect when providing makeup and skincare services
- Ability to multitask, stay organized and follow through on tasks
- Drive to achieve sales goals and willingness to use networking and technology
- Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Eligible to work in the location and pass background checks as required
