Designated Selling Associate based at the Westfarms store specializing in St. John women's ready-to-wear. Provide one-on-one styling, product expertise, and appointment-based selling to build lasting customer relationships. Use in-store and digital channels, including text and social media, to meet sales goals and grow business.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital selling, including reservations and appointments
• Provide personalized styling advice and product education to customers
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers and open rewards accounts
• Lead and participate in product knowledge meetings to educate peers on brand trends
• Merchandise, stock, re-merchandise, price markdowns and keep the department customer-ready
• Provide product feedback to management to influence assortment

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, read sales reporting, and work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Confidence selling across a range of price points and understanding of wardrobe styling
• Physical ability to stand and move for 6-8 hours per shift and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
• Ability to work collaboratively with other DSAs, stylists, and departments
