Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients across the department to initiate the customer experience.
- Engage customers, build authentic connections, and provide personalized styling advice.
- Demonstrate selling and service behaviors to develop lasting customer relationships.
- Follow through on customer requests and timely follow up.
- Handle transactions and promote store services including point of sale operations.
- Assist across store areas including sales floor and fitting room and maintain presentation standards.
- Maintain selling floor, restock merchandise, process new receipts, and clean fitting rooms.
- Ensure merchandise protection standards and audit compliance are met.
- Collaborate with store leaders and peers to meet goals and foster a positive team environment.
Requirements
- Styling experience in luxury fashion or strong knowledge of designer brands and trends.
- Customer service or sales associate experience preferred with ability to build brand loyalty.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30lb with or without accommodation.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with technology and point of sale systems.
- Motivated and results driven with ability to meet sales goals.
- Strong communication skills and hospitality mindset when engaging customers.
