Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools and reservations
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers through personalized service
- Provide honest style and fit advice to customers to showcase product value
- Conduct appointment-based selling and drive predictable business during events and non-event times
- Lead product knowledge meetings and educate peers on brand trends and assortment
- Assist with merchandising tasks including stocking re-merchandising displays and price markdowns
- Provide product feedback to management to improve store assortment
- Grow sales by opening new rewards program accounts
