Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals using selling tools, appointments, and customer follow-up.
• Build lasting customer relationships and provide advice on style, fit, and wardrobe needs.
• Educate customers and colleagues on products, trends, and brand knowledge.
• Keep the department customer-ready through stocking, merchandising, transfers, markdowns, and cleaning.
• Support sales reporting and grow Nordstrom Rewards account enrollment.
