Summary

Provide friendly customer service at checkout and on the sales floor in the Kids' Toys department. Help customers with purchases, returns, and transactions while keeping the department organized and ready for shoppers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone and at checkout with sales, returns, and other transactions.
• Keep the cash wrap and sales floor clean, organized, and stocked.
• Stay informed about products and trends to support customer purchase decisions.
• Share information about events and customer programs, and assist with order fulfillment and pickup as needed.

Requirements

• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and learn computer applications.
• Flexibility to work a schedule based on business needs.
• Ability to move continuously during shifts, handle merchandise, and lift items weighing up to 25 pounds occasionally.
