Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product
• Use text and social media tools to grow a customer following
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and re-merchandise the department
• Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to keep area customer ready
• Open new customer accounts in the rewards program
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as business requires
• Work a variable and flexible schedule based on business needs
