Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using texting and social media
• Build lasting relationships with customers and grow a personal customer following
• Provide excellent customer service and honest style and fit guidance
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer engagement
• Fill orders, stock, re-merchandise, and execute price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning and maintain a customer ready department
• Occasionally work in departments other than the one hired into
• Use networking and technology to meet sales objectives
