Summary
Lead global marketing and communications for a product category, creating strategy and localized campaign plans to grow market share worldwide. Partner with regional teams, creative, analytics, ecommerce, CRM, and education to deliver integrated 360 marketing programs and measure campaign performance. Manage junior marketing personnel and establish global marketing communications processes and frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Develop global and localized marketing and communication plans for key product categories.
- Create consumer personas and journey maps to inform campaign strategy.
- Build a multi-year marketing calendar that aligns launches, campaigns, promotions, events, and holidays.
- Lead global product launch campaigns and develop campaign briefs with Marketing Strategy.
- Partner with Creative to oversee campaign assets and define content requirements across channels.
- Define media mix and advertising strategy and recommend spend allocation by channel.
- Support influencer strategy and establish KPI frameworks and tracking for campaigns.
- Coordinate with regional teams to tailor plans, review budgets, and share best practices.
- Manage and mentor junior marketing team members.
Requirements
- 10 years minimum experience in digital marketing, brand marketing, or strategy at a brand or agency.
- Strong knowledge of the global beauty industry, social media, influencer, and media landscapes.
- Experience with retail and instore marketing and working with international teams.
- Proven analytical skills and experience developing KPI frameworks and measuring campaign performance.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
- Advanced MS Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage ambiguity, and influence cross functional stakeholders.
