Summary

As the Director of Top Client Development, you will lead strategic initiatives to enhance relationships with our most valued clients. Your role will involve developing and executing client engagement strategies to drive business growth and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of client engagement strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client relationships and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Analyze client feedback and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage a team of client development professionals, providing guidance and support.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in client development or a related field.
