Summary
Lead and execute 360 marketing plans for retail and wholesale channels to elevate brand image, drive awareness and sales, and support new launches and existing collections across stores and partner accounts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage retail marketing strategy including new store openings product launches and regional initiatives
- Create seasonal by-door marketing plans for 40 plus retail doors including full price concession and outlet locations
- Evaluate mall partner opportunities and monitor consumer facing activity across digital social and printed collateral to uphold brand standards
- Identify brand partnerships and local market activities to expand awareness and sales
- Develop omni channel wholesale marketing programs including co-op advertising catalogs direct mail and digital initiatives
- Analyze wholesale program results to optimize ROI and meet annual goals
- Partner with Independent and National Accounts to create strategic media plans and maximize regional opportunities
- Build relationships with accounts participate in seasonal appointments and travel to meet key accounts and markets
- Oversee development of marketing team members monitor performance and foster growth
Requirements
- 8 years experience in luxury retail and wholesale marketing
- Proven experience developing and managing a team
- Proficient in Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook
- Strong project management skills attention to detail and collaborative creativity
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment
- Experience in a dynamic growing organization
- Strong budget management skills
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Ability to travel as required
