Senior Director responsible for developing and executing brand and go-to-market strategies for product campaigns, leading cross functional teams to deliver cohesive campaign vision and maximize market reach. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies and 360 campaign plans.
- Create channel specific marketing strategies across paid, social, site, CRM, retail and loyalty.
- Lead campaign launches from inception to market entry, coordinating cross functional teams and timelines.
- Define product positioning and messaging with brand strategy and creative teams.
- Develop customer engagement strategies to retain and foster long term relationships.
- Develop and optimize content strategy and act as brand guardian for creative execution.
- Work with analytics and agencies to generate market and customer insights.
- Design and run test and learn plans to improve creative audience channel and media performance.
- Implement metrics and KPIs to measure campaign success and drive optimizations mid flight.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
- Strong track record managing product launches and cross functional teams.
- Exceptional analytical strategic and problem solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast paced evolving business environment.
- Deep understanding of customer behavior and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in project management and budget control.
