Summary

The Director of Operations leads store processes and execution to support sales, profitability, and a consistent customer experience. This role develops the management team, drives operational efficiency, and partners with store leadership to deliver business results.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and retain support leaders while building engagement, inclusion, and a strong team culture.
• Champion customer service, loyalty, and a clean, safe, easy-to-shop store environment.
• Manage inventory, shortage reduction, merchandise protection, audit compliance, and workload completion.
• Drive sales and financial performance by managing expenses, labor, productivity, and merchandising execution.
• Partner with store executives to monitor business results, improve processes, and ensure operational best practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No experience required.
• Ability to walk, stand, reach, crouch, climb ladders, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to use computers, handheld equipment, and cash registers to perform job functions.
