Dishwasher

As a Dishwasher at Holt Renfrew, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our cafe or restaurant. You will ensure that all dishes, utensils, cookware, and cutlery are spotless and ready for use, contributing to a seamless dining experience for our customers.

• Wash dishes, cookware, utensils, and cutlery using appropriate equipment.
• Ensure dishwashing equipment reaches correct heat settings as per Board of Health requirements.
• Wash and sterilize food preparation surfaces at the end of the workday.
• Store cleaned items appropriately and maintain a separate area for used items waiting to be cleaned.
• Dispose of food waste appropriately and keep the kitchen area clean and tidy.
• Comply with all Health & Safety policies and requirements.

• High School Diploma.
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
• Ability to contribute to financial objectives and achieve individual objectives linked to department goals.
• Receive feedback from internal and external clients positively.
